Taylor The Latte Boy

I was browsing youtube and searched for the new series called “Pushing Daisies” which premiered here in NZ I think just last week. A scene from one of the episodes, which apparently is a favorite for many, where Kristin Chenoweth sang Hopelessly Devoted to you is posted. She has a great voice but honestly I didn’t know who she is. I stumbled another video where she sang this funny song called Taylor The Latte Boy. Lyric’s witty and charming. Plus I think it’s the way that she sang it. Here’s the link to the video. I’m now googling for the lyrics…

Frapuccino

Sipping a stale caramel frapuccino in our local starbucks I felt a little sense of fulfillment. I was able to start reviewing my staff’s working papers (keyword is start). Something that I have been holding off since last month or even later than that. I don’t keep track. Why should I?! With the meager sala… dat deja vu? Anyway I initially thought it was a breakthrough, there is still hope for the perennial procastinator like moi. Of course not soon after that, it struck me that I bet sherbet the reason for this unbecoming spurt of industriousness is due to the fact that this paper’s deadline is tomorrow. I am not surprised at all. I’m not even dissappointed. It was insane to know that somethings about me never change. The familiar! So comforting.
